Street Closures in Marquette For New Years

MARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Marquette City Police are reminding motorists that the intersection of Front Street and Washington Street in downtown Marquette will be closed for the annual New Year’s Eve Ball Drop.

The closure will be in effect from 11 p.m. until 1 a.m. and motorists are being asked to use caution in the downtown area tonight and watch out for pedestrians.
