Cedarville, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Authorities in the eastern U.P. say two people are in jail after the armed robbery of a business over the weekend.
The suspects are accused of robbing a pharmacy in Cedarville in Mackinac County at gunpoint Saturday.
One of the robbers demanded morphine at the pharmacy and took off with an unknown amount of narcotics.
Chippewa County Sheriff’s deputies and the Kinross Police identified a suspect vehicle and arrested two people.
They are currently being held in the Mackinac County Jail on $100-thousand bond each.
No names have been released pending arraignment.
