MARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Marquette City Police responded to an early morning shooting incident in the city.
Officers were called to 518 Fisher Street around 5:30 a.m. on a report of a female who was the victim of a gunshot.
The woman, who’s name has not been released, was taken to Marquette General Hospital with what was defined a non-life threatening injury. The investigation is continuing and more details are expected later today.
