MARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Authorities in Dickinson County are looking for the public’s help as they investigate a weekend hit and run accident.
The accident happened Saturday night around 6:30 central time on US-2 when a vehicle was stopped on the roadway to make a turn into a fast food restaurant. Reports say a dark colored pickup truck rear-ended the car and then left the scene, heading south on Cedar Avenue.
Police are searching for a dark colored pickup with a topper that should have front-end or bumper damage.
