Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – The annual Fire Prevention Week Static Display is this Saturday with fire trucks from around the county and a parade in Marquette.
Marquette City Firefighters Jeff Green and Ben Wilder joined The SUNNY Morning Show with Walt & Mike today to talk about the static display and several other messages related to Fire Prevention Week.
The duo talked about the importance of working smoke detectors and other tips to increase fire prevention and safety.
They also encouraged everyone to come over for the static display, which begins Saturday at 11 a.m at Harlow Park, and includes a lot of fire trucks, refreshments and more.
