MARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – The Marquette Area Public Schools are working with the Michigan Association of School Boards to develop a comprehensive strategic plan for the district.
MAPS Superintendent Debbie Veight joined The SUNNY Morning Show with Walt & Mike to discuss the plan. According to Veight, it is intended to produce four or five priority goals to be reached over the next three to five years.
Veight says they will use data, along with ideas from staff, students, and community members, to help the Board of Education identify goals.
