Marquette Township, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Marquette Township Board Trustee Lyn Durant will soon be the new Township Supervisor.
She is taking over for outgoing Supervisor Dennis Liimatta on October 1st.
Liimatta officially resigned this week to become the Township Supervisor in downstate Grand Blanc.
Durant has served on the Marquette Township board for seven years and is co-owner of the Cedar Motor Inn.
