Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – The Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association is holding their annnual motorcycle run this Saturday across the central U.P. to benefit the veterans at the D.J. Jacobetti Home for Veterans in Marquette.

A.J. Bower, Local Chapter Secretary, joined the SUNNY Morning Show with Walt and Mike today to get motorcyclists to sign up and ride.

Bower said their group is made up of veterans from all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces who ride motorcycles as a hobby, and their mission is to support and defend those who have defended our country and our freedoms.

The ride starts off with a registration this Saturday morning at American Legion Post 349 in Little Lake.

From there, they’ll head to the Jacobetti Home to meet with the vets and then hit the road for the ride.

Bower added that they will come back to the Post in Little Lake around 4:30pm for a cookout and more that is open to the public.
