Negaunee, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – The Marquette County Road Commission is closing a portion of County Road 480 in Negaunee beginning Monday.
Crews will begin work on a $900-thousand repair and maintenance project on a bridge that runs over a section of railroad tracks.
The Road Commission is replacing the deck and also working on steel beams in the bridge.
A detour will be posted for motorists and the project is expected to be wrapped up by November 1st.
