Marquette, MI – (04/29/20) – Ishpeming Schools Superintendent Carrie Meyer joined Mark & Walt in the Morning this week with an update on activities in the district.
Meyer talked about the end of this current school year and shared a look ahead to next year. She explained how the district is continuing to adapt to restrictions that were put in place by the state due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Meyer also talked about the loss of graduation ceremonies for this year’s seniors due to the pandemic and some possible ideas that are under consideration in the district to recognize this year’s graduates.
