Marquette, MI – (01/16/20) – A special Winter Farmers Market and Music in the Mall is happening at the Westwood Mall in Marquette Township on Thursday, January 16th. One of the musical groups that will be performing between 5:00 and 8:00 pm is Bayou Chocolat, and Gail Brayden joined Walt Lindala recently to talk about the group and their music.
Brayden explained that the band plays traditional acoustic Cajun music with deep roots in Louisiana. She said the music is accessible, fun and has an inescapable and infectious danceable rhythm that always makes for a good time for all who listen.
