Marquette, MI – (11/11/19) – The calendar says Fall, but a Winter Storm Warning is posted across much of the Upper Peninsula, including Alger and Marquette Counties, through 10:00 o’clock tomorrow morning. The National Weather Service says some areas near Munising and parts of Alger and Schoolcraft Counties could see 10 to 20 inches of snow. Because of the northern winds, Lakeshore Flood Warnings have also been posted for areas along Lakes Michigan and Huron.
SCHOOL CLOSINGS: AuTrain-Onota, Burt Township School, Munising Public Schools, Munising Baptist, Munising Head Start and Superior Central Schools.
