Marquette, MI – (mediaBrew Communications) – The Economic Club of Marquette County is presenting the first speaker of their new season Monday, September 16th at the Ramada Inn in Marquette.
Econ Club President Doug Gordon joined Mark and Walt in the Morning today to preview the evening and invite all interested people to come out.
Gordon said the topic will be weather history and it’s impact on our area and the presenter is WLUC TV6 Meteorologist Karl Bohnak.
Besides being an on-air forecaster, Bohnak is a well-known weather historian and has authored books that take a close look at weather in the U.P.
The evening begins with a social hour at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 6:30 and the presentation at 7:30, and you can register at marquetteeconomicclub.org.
