Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – UP Health System-Marquette has named a Medical Director for their U.P. Cancer Center.
Dr. Philip Lowry, M.D. comes to the U.P. from Guthrie Clinic in Sayre, Pennsylvania where he served as Chief Medical Director of Hematology and Oncology since 2010.
Prior to that, Lowry was Medical Director of the Centre Medical and Surgical Associates Cancer Program in State College, Pennsylvania.
Hospital officials say Lowry will lead the UPHS Cancer Center clinical team, and serve as clinical liaison with the Duke Cancer Network.
