MARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – A Delta County man is facing an October 11 preliminary hearing after being arraigned yesterday for providing illegal substances to underage youths.
59-year-old Gary Masonick of Gladstone was arraigned yesterday on four counts of providing a controlled substance to a minor.
Masonick was arrested Friday after authorities executed a search warrant at a residence at 619 Michigan Avenue in Gladstone. He was arrested by Gladstone Public Safety after they received tips about his providing alcohol and marijuana to a group of minors aged 11 to 16.
Masonick posted a $5,000 bond after his arraignment and was released pending the preliminary hearing.
