MARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Police in Gladstone are investigating several incidents in the past week involving so called “bottle-bombs.”
Authorities say though the bombs were placed near driveways and front porches no one has been injured.
The bombs are created by mixing a number of chemicals causing expansion of the bottle to the point that it explodes.
Officers are asking the public to become involved by reporting any such incidents to their department. Possession of such an explosive device is a felony.
