Authorities Asking for Public’s Help in Disappearance of Elderly Woman

MARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – The Gogebic County Sheriff’s Department is looking for the public’s help in their investigation into the disappearance and death of an elderly Bessemer woman. 
79-year-old Ethel Grzena-Peters was last seen in Bessemer on August 3rd.  Her remains were found in Watersmeet Township on August 13th. 
Authorities say they are looking for anyone who may have seen a 1995 Dodge Dakota pickup truck on North Moore Rd. near the Black River Bridge or anywhere in Gogebic County between 6 p.m. on August 3rd and 6 p.m. on August 4th.
Please contact the sheriff’s office, State Police or your local law enforcement agency. The pickup is described as somewhat beat-up with a two-tone blue-green and silver paint job. 
No other details have been released at this time.
