Marquette, MIOctober 6, 2020 – Marquette Area Public Schools District Superintendent Bill Saunders joined Mark & Walt in the Morning today to share an update on how the district is negotiating the current uncertainties related to the legal battles over the statewide COVID-19 executive orders.

Saunders explained that MAPS is following the guidelines for students, staff and faculty as the district Board of Education adopted at the advent of the coronavirus pandemic earlier this year.

He said until there is a clear direction on the issues from Lansing, or the MAPS Board votes in any changes to policies, they will stay the current course.
