Marquette, MI – United Way of Marquette County is thrilled to announce the Third Annual Detroit Red Wings Alumni Game, giving local hockey players a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to skate alongside Red Wings legends! Applications are now open for players to join Team Yoopers United in a thrilling exhibition game against the Red Wings Alumni, taking place September 13, 2025, at the Berry Events Center in Marquette.
Interested players must be 18 years or older and can apply online at this link.
The application deadline is 4:00 p.m. on June 12, 2025. Paper applications are also available at the United Way of Marquette County office, located at 1414 W. Fair Ave., Suite 26, Marquette, MI. Applications will be reviewed following the deadline, and selected players will be notified by June 18, 2025.
This special event brings together community, sportsmanship, and support for local programs through United Way’s mission. Don’t miss your chance to skate alongside Red Wings greats while giving back to the Marquette County community.
