The 45th Annual Hiawatha Traditional Music Festival is now in full swing this weekend at Marquette’s Tourist Park – and it is business as usual at one of the citys largest and most treasured festivals.
What began nearly a month ago with the Pre-fest concert at the Ore Dock Brewing company featuring Youngman & Oldmen, more or less kicked off with Fridays Pre-Fest Kid’s parade at Lower Harbor led by Frank Youngman and led into Crafts & Activities at the ‘Teen Scene’ and three perfomances in the ‘Dance Tent’!
It’s tents, campers, bikes, big blankets, and lawn chairs as far as the eye can see – Saturday has been a big full day of good music and good times! At the time of writing all that’s left on the schedule for Saturday is:
Main Stage
- 8:15 Mulebone
- 9:40 Pixie & The Partygrass Boys
- 11:05 Tony Trischka’s Earl Jam ft. Michael Daves

Teen Dance
- 8:00 CHASIN’ STEELE
- 10:00 ORGANGRINDERS
and for tomorrow, Sunday, July 20th, you can see here or follow the link below!
SINGLE DAY PRICING (always the same no matter when you purchase):
- Friday Night Dance Only: $45
- Saturday or Sunday Only: $80
- Children (ages 6-12): $10
