Marquette, Michigan – April 24, 2019 – The meteorologists are calling for a high of 64 degrees today, with an abundance of SUN!
This is fantastic – I can hardly wait to put my face in the sunshine!
I’ve been looking outside the window of the studio all morning, getting more and more giddy at the idea of walking outside later today and having it be somewhat WARM in comparison to the cold and crappy weather we’ve been having as we transition from winter to spring in the U.P.
As a show of support to Mother Nature and her willingness to warm up, I donned a sundress (with a jacket…) today.
Granted, I had to put a blanket over my legs in the car on my way to work this morning at 5AM, as it was 28 degrees out at the time.
BUT, I am determined to wear this dress. That’s the stubborn Finn in me, as I was born a Niemisto in Negaunee – SISU proud!
Also, positive thinking creates positive change :)
