Negaunee, MichiganJanuary 2, 2019 – Most everyone makes a New Year’s Resolution or two. For me, it’s not necessarily one or two resolutions as it is more of a list of resolutions that I work towards all the time.

Yes, I may fall off the “goals wagon” a time or two (or three or four). But what matters is getting back on and continuously moving forward!

My Goals/Resolutions List is this:

1. Get FIT by doing an hour of yoga or another type of exercise at least 3 times per week (A common one, yes, but a good one!)

2. Obtain my 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Trainee Certification (January 19th!)

3. Read at least 20 minutes per day by myself, and 20 minutes per day with my son (we pretty much do this already, but it’s good to be reminded on those busy days when I *think* I don’t have time.)

4. Spend at least 30 minutes doing something OUTSIDE (yes, even on those FREEZING cold days!)

5. Spend at least 30 minutes to an hour of quality time with my husband every day (yes, it IS doable!)

6. Spend at least 30 minutes to an hour of quality time with my son every day

7. Continue working towards my career goals at my job (there’s a whole separate list for that!)

All of these goals/resolutions are completely attainable, especially if I focus on them. The hardest part is reminding myself that they ARE attainable.
