Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – The Marquette City Commission has it’s regular meeting tonight at City Hall on Baraga Avenue.
City Manager Bill Vajda joined the SUNNY Morning Show with Walt & Mike today to preview the session and discuss some of the high points on the agenda.
Vajda said that the meeting will feature a presentation by Mayor Mike Coyne on the recent trip by members of the commission and city staff to meet with Duke LifePoint officials about the hospital project in the city.
Also, the service of longtime city clerk Dave Bleau will be recognized tonight as he is retiring from the post.
The meeting begins at 7:00pm at Commission Chambers.
