Marquette, MI – September 30, 2026 – The 33rd Annual Fire Prevention Week Kickoff and Static Display is Saturday in Marquette. It starts at 11:00am on Bluff Street directly behind Harlow Park.
Talo explained that there will be fire trucks, rescue vehicles on display from fire and rescue departments from around Marquette County. Sparky the Fire Dog will also be there and there will be some giveaways for kids.
Fossitt added that event is the official start of Fire Prevention Week wevents across the county and the Static Display wraps up with a fire truck parade that heads out of town at 12:30.
