Marquette, MI – August 14, 2026 – The Lake Superior Theatre is presenting “Plaid Tidings” next week in Marquette. The shows run Tuesday through Friday at 7:30pm each night at the Lake Superior Theatre on Lakeshore Boulevard. There is also a special matinee performance on Saturday at 3:00pm.
Beacco and Holliday said it is a sequel to “Forever Plaid” and continues the story of a four member vocal group that features exceptional songs, including some Holiday favorites, coupled with a remarkable cast.
Holliday said the story follows the continuing story of an early ’60s era four-man harmony group who are killed in a car crash but return to posthumously take to the stage for a Christmas concert performance.
Beacco said the music features outstanding harmony work by the cast that makes the show a heartwarming holiday nostalgia trip.
