Marquette, MI – June 25, 2026 – A special event hosted by Lake Superior Life Care & Hospice is coming up this weekend in Marquette to hear about one man’s walking journey and how it is creating awareness about hospice care.
Voegtline said the “Walking With Purpose” event is this Sunday at the Ore Dock Brewing Company and will share information about Caroll’s 520-mile journey to raise awareness for hospice services.
Carroll talked about how he came to set out on a 520-mile journey along the Camino de Santiago in Spain, and why he decided to turn every step into support for hospice patients and families.
The event is from 1:00pm to 3:00pm and is open to all to attend to learn more about hospice care and it’s benefits and services.
