Marquette, MI – June 6, 2025 – Seasonal maintenance is continuing this week on portions of the Iron Ore Heritage Trail in western Marquette County. Users of the trail should be aware of grading and gravel work underway in Ely and Humboldt Townships.
Hendrickson reminded users of that section the trail to be aware of heavy equipment on the trail, and there may be some slight delays due to the work. The project should be complete within two weeks.
He also talked about some of the other projects for the trail that are planned to be done this summer.
