Marquette, MI – May 29, 2026 – Upper Peninsula Health Plan is looking for volunteer drivers for their transportation benefit services for members.
Burdick explained that non-emergent medical transportation is a benefit for UPHP members to ensure transportation is not a barrier for members to get to their medical appointments, and to make sure they get the care they need.
She also outlined the types of transportation covered under the benefit and how members can use the service.
