Marquette, MI – May 13, 2026 – 906 Adventure Team is kicking off their campaign to raise funds to build Gluski Park this week in Marquette.

Peterson said Gluski Park is going to serve as a community trailhead and outdoor recreation area that will be built adjacent to their Basecamp on Lakeshore Boulevard in Marquette.
She invited the public out this Friday from 6:00pm to 8:00pm to the Basecamp to officially kick off their public fundraising campaign. Peterson said it will be a great chance to tour the property, hear from kids in the Adventure Team program and learn more about the impact and goals of Gluski Park.
