Marquette, MI – April 22, 2026 – U.P. Pink Power is hosting their annual 17-mile Fundraising Walk this Saturday.
They explained that the walk is this Saturday, April 25th at 10:00 a.m. and starts at the Knotty Pine in Arnold. It then culminates later that day with a celebration at the Up North Lodge Event Center for all walkers and supporters.
Sorensen said that the 17-mile walk includes 38 pit stops along the way and a lunch at the half way point, and she shared information on how listeners can get registered to join in.
Armatti said the walk raises awareness and funds for UP Pink Power, and all proceeds go directly to their efforts to help local families in need during treatment or tragedy. They also talked about some of those efforts and how they help the community.
