Marquette, MI – April 3, 2026 – U.P. Pink Power is hosting their annual 17-mile Fundraising Walk later this month.
Sorenson and Branstrom said the walk is Saturday, April 25th at 10:00 a.m. and starts at the Knotty Pine in Arnold. It then culminates later that day with a celebration at the Up North Lodge Event Center for all walkers and supporters.
They explained that the 17-mile walk that includes 38 pit stops along the way and a lunch at the half way point, and shared information on how listeners can get registered or to sign on as a sponsor of the event.
Sorenson and Branstrom said the walk raises awareness and funds for UP Pink Power, and all proceeds go directly to their efforts to help local families in need during treatment or tragedy. They also talked about some of those efforts and how they help the community.
