Marquette, MI – March 2, 2026 – The Marquette Symphony Orchestra is presenting their latest concert this weekend. The program will feature a special combination of symphonic and operatic selections.
Colwitz said the performance will feature selections from Rossini’s William Tell Overture, Douglas Moore’s Ballade of Baby Doe, and in the second half of the concert, three guest vocalists will be performing various movements of Bizet’s Carmen Suites No. 1 and No. 2, and other favorites.
The performance is at 4:00pm this Saturday, the 7th, at Kaufman Auditorium in Marquette. Tickets are available through NMU Ticketing Services.
