Marquette, MI – January 13, 2026 – The Ishpeming Ski Club says they are ready to go for this weekend’s 139th Annual Ski Jumping Tournament.
The ISC’s Peter Copenhaver spoke about the tournament today with Mark & Walt in the Morning.
Copenhaver said the jumping competitions are happening at the UP Nordic Ski Complex in Ishpeming Friday through Sunday. He said the Tournament will be complete with tailgating, huge bonfires, fireworks on Saturday night and great views of the action on Suicide Hill.
He added that there is also a special recognition honoring the 100th Anniversary of Suicide Hill, the main jump at the facility.
