Marquette, MI – December 4, 2025 – The Marquette Board of Light & Power is wrapping up the year with a contest to give away a month of free power and is getting the word out about several other programs.
Havel explained that the effort to get their customers to sign up for paperless billing wraps up tomorrow with three separate drawings and that the winners can use the extra cash for something special around the holidays.
Zavislak outlined the MBLP’s Holiday Lighting contest and how any of their customers can take part.
Havel also shared some key information about their program to assist low income customers with their electric bills this winter season.
