Marquette, MI – November 3, 2025 – The Lake Superior Community Partnership is hosting a special celebration event this week to recognize small businesses in Marquette County.
Szczepanski explained that the second annual Marquette County Small Business Celebration is this Thursday, November 6, at the Mather in Ishpeming.
She said the event will honor and recognize the following small businesses across the county: Queen City Running Company, West End Gymnastics, AV Rental Company and The Lumberjack Tavern. The Small Business Champion award is going to Alexander Kofsky, Executive Director of Accelerate U.P.
Szczepanski also previewed some upcoming Business After Hours events coming up soon, and a special “Breakfast and Business” event focusing on the state of education in Marquette County.
