Marquette, MI – October 31, 2025 – WNMU-TV is hosting a special screening preview of the new Ken Burns documentary film about the American Revolution next week in Marquette.
WNMU-TV’s Bob Thomson spoke about the screening and the film with Mark & Walt in the Morning.
Thomson said the screening is on Wednesday, November 7th, at 7:00pm at the Northern Center at Northern Michigan University, and is free and open to the public.
He explained that it features a sneak preview of Burns’ new 12-hour documentary which premieres on WNMU-TV beginning Sunday, November 16th.
Thomson added that after the screening, local historians will lead discussions about the history of the revolution in our region.
