Marquette, MI – October 3, 2025 – Frontline Strong Together is opening the Upper Peninsula Wellness Center in Marquette. The Center is for first responders and their families and is a first-of-its-kind facility in Michigan.
Buruse explained that the Center reflects the FST program to address invisible injuries and the stressors inherent in first responder work. She added that it will serve as a flagship model for responder-focused mental health care.
Lasich said the new Center will serve to improve the well-being of Michigan’s first responders and their families. Buruse added that the Center is located in Suite 500 at the old City Hall building on Washington Street in Marquette.
