Marquette, MI – September 15, 2025 – The Lake Superior Community Partnership is presenting a series of events over the next few weeks covering a wide array of topics related to the region’s business community and economic development.
Westra said the first upcoming event is a Business After Hours at UP Health System Marquette. The free networking event is this Wednesday from 5:00pm to 7:00pm in the main entrance lobby.
She also outlined the LSCP’s latest Breakfast and Business event that will be featuring updates on Outdoor Recreation. It is on Friday, September 26th, from 8:00am to 10:00am at the Mather Inn in Ishpeming and includes a full catered breakfast for attendees. It’s $25 for LSCP partners, $35 for the general public.
Westra closed out with information about their Housing Now: Progress Update on Friday, October 3rd, from 7:30am to 10:30am at the Ramada Inn in Marquette. She explained that the session is a morning event focused on advancing real housing solutions in Marquette County.
