Marquette, MI – September 12, 2025 – The Marquette City Band is presenting a Fundraising Concert at Blackrocks Brewery this evening from 5:30pm to 8:00pm.
The concert will be raising money for the Peg Hirvonen Bandshell project at Presque Isle Park.
Grugin said along with the pieces played by the city band, there will be special performances by other Marquette area musical artists, adding that there will also be some special guest conductors of the band.
The event is free, but donations for the band shell will be accepted through the show. Find out more at marquettecityband.com.
