Marquette, MI – 7/28/2024 – U.P. City Fest returns this weekend to Mattson Lower Harbor Park in Marquette.

Songer explained that the family-friendly free event begins on Friday evening and runs through Sunday and features music, activities and speakers, all with a positive Christian message.
