Marquette, MI – June 17, 2025 – The Lake Superior Community Partnership is presenting two opportunities to benefit businesses in Marquette County.
Westra explained that the first one is a Business Financial Education Workshop Wednesday, June 25th from 9:00am to 10:30am at the West End Economic Hub in Ishpeming. It’s designed specifically for businesses in Marquette County and offers insights for better business finance managing.
It is a free event, but registration required at marquette.org/events.
She also highlighted the LSCP’s call for businesses and interested groups to get involved with Northern Michigan University’s Fall Fest. It’s coming up on Monday, August 25, from 11:00am to 3:00pm on the NMU campus.
Westra said it’s a good opportunity for area businesses to introduce their product or service to the University community There is a registration deadline of August 18th, and you can get more information and sign up at marquette.org/events.
