Marquette, MI – June 2, 2025 – The Lake Superior Community Partnership is moving into the summer with events and special programs to help you learn about, and support, businesses in Marquette County.
Westra highlighted the Lake Superior Leadership Academy, a community professional development program, and that applications for the latest class are being accepted until August 1st.
She also talked about an upcoming Business After Hours on this Monday, June 9th that will be at the updated Nicolet Bank location in Ishpeming with food from the Island.
Westra then wrapped up with info about the West End Passport, which is designed to send people to check out businesses in the West End of Marquette County. She added that interested business owners that there is time to get signed up as a location by visiting marquette.org/passport.
