Marquette, MI – May 6, 2025 – Registration is open for the 47th annual running of the Big Bay Relay. The race is being run on Saturday, May 17th, and features teams running from Marquette to Big Bay along County Road 550.
Shatz said the relay features teams of five runners (and up to seven for youth teams) covering 26 miles from the Kaufman Sports Complex in Marquette to Big Bay.
She added that this year, there is a slight change with the finish being at Perkins Park in Big Bay.
It starts at 8:00am and finishes around 1:00pm on Saturday the 17th , and you can find out about registering and more at facebook.com/BigBayRelay.
