United Way Of Marquette County Keeping Busy In 2025

Marquette, MIMay 5, 2025United Way of Marquette County reports $1.5M impact on community.   The agency recently released their 2024 Community Impact Report that highlights the value of their various programs and services.

Executive Director Andrew Rickauer and current Campaign Co-Chair Jesse Renfors spoke about the agency with Mark & Walt in the Morning.

Rickauer said in their latest Community Impact Report, the agency showed they facilitated the impact in the community last year with a focus on four pillars of service.

He explained that they are efforts based in making a healthy community, creating youth opportunity, fostering financial security and developing community resiliency.

Renfors talked about the current fundraising campaign that runs through the end of the month of May. He said the campaign has a goal of $375,000 and is just about $40,000 short of that mark, but he added that the goal can be met is all interested businesses, groups and individuals take the time to make a pledge of support.
