Marquette, MI – April 18, 2025 – The Northern Michigan University Department of Theatre & Dance 2025 senior class is taking to the stage to show off what they’ve learned during their time at NMU.
Hielkema said the students will be performing songs, monologues, and scenes in cabaret style performances at Blackrocks Brewery on Tuesday April 22nd at 7:00pm and the Ore Dock Brewing Co. on Sunday April 27th at 7:00pm.
She explained that those shows will fundraisers for their upcoming Senior Showcase at Mackinac Island that will feature are pieces that the class has been working on during the course of their four years at Northern.
Hielkema said the seniors will also be performing the Senior Showcase for the Marquette community at a special show at the Forest Roberts Theatre on campus on Friday, April 25th at 7:30pm.
