Marquette, MI – April 16, 2025 – U.P. Pink Power is hosting their annual 17-mile Fundraising Walk next weekend.
Miller and Sorensen said the walk is Saturday, April 26th at 10:00 a.m. and starts at the Knotty Pine in Arnold. It then culminates later that day with a celebration at the Up North Lodge for all walkers and supporters. They also shared information on how listeners can get registered or to sign on as a sponsor of the event.
They explained that the 17-mile walk that includes over 25 pit stops and a lunch at the half way point.
Miller and Sorenson said the walk raises awareness and funds for UP Pink Power, and all proceeds go directly to their efforts to help local families in need during treatment or tragedy.
They also talked about some of those efforts and how they help the community.
