Marquette, MI – February 28, 2025 – Blustery and wintry conditions have moved into the region overnight, causing issues with visibility and morning travel.
The National Weather Service says several counties, including Marquette and Baraga, are under a Winter Weather Advisory calling for snow and high winds.
Alger County and counties to the east are under a Winter Storm Warning with up to 9-inches of snow and winds up to 40 mph.
As a result, we have some school closings today.
