
Marquette, MI – January 30, 2025 – Planning is underway for the return of U.P. 200 and Midnight Run Sled Dog Championships with the starts of the races coming soon to Downtown Marquette.
This comes after the races were cancelled over the last two years due to poor weather conditions.
Ross Anthony, with the U.P. 200, spoke about the race with Mark & Walt in the Morning.
Anthony said organizers are watching for continued snow showers moving into the area for the running of the races February 13-17 across Marquette and Alger Counties.
Anthony said that volunteers are still needed for the race events and you find out the latest information and details at the UP 200 website.
