Marquette, MI – January 20, 2025 – State Senator Ed McBroom is moving into the new legislative session in Lansing with a few key priorities.
McBroom shared an update today with Mark & Walt in the Morning.
The Dickinson County Republican said he is continuing his work collaborating with Democratic senator Jeremy Moss of downstate Southfield to strengthen Freedom of Information Act requests to include the Governor.
McBroom also said he is developing legislation to address and bolster mental health services in Upper Michigan, and he is actively pursuing measures looking at ethics reforms.
