Marquette, MI – September 23, 2024 – The Annual Stick it to Cancer Hockey Tournament is this weekend at Lakeview Arena in Marquette.
Event organizer Barb Salmela spoke about the weekend with Mark & Walt in the Morning.
Salmela explained it’s a fundraiser for Cancer Care of Marquette County and features a tournament of hockey games on both rinks starting at 5:30pm Friday.
She added that games run through the weekend, and the championship games will be played on Sunday.
Salmela said there will also be 50-50 drawings, raffles, donation boxes through the weekend.
